Education in Indonesia it was time to have reform in all fields. This is evident from the current condition of Indonesia peerekonomian. With the education reforms will then all the other biddang will also undergo reforms because education is a cornerstone in all areas of life. But what matters in the era of reform is less once the people who feel terppanggil to improve education in Indonesia. Reform movement in Indonesia is a place where reciprocation Indonesia can be seen. In this reform era as well before the economic crisis hit Indonesia very large. This is certainly a major impact on education in Indonesia.

Reform in education is not enough for education also require other areas to support its development. See ranking Indonesian education when compared with neighbor countries is actually very worrying. If the reform in Indonesia was not immediately implemented properly then it is definitely educational Indonesia would worsen. In fact many people who should be aware of their role in education, but sometimes just rely on government teachers as community workers. The way teachers teach is also still monotonous they prefer to teach with the methods that already exists without any desire to make it better. This led to education in Indonesia is progressing and even tended to decline. If you actually realize it right education can provide the foundation for reform in all fields. According to Levin (1967) reforms can occur due to three factors: a disaster factors, the influence of information technology and the presence of conflict.

Education reform can be realized if the government is able mnyerap aspirations of its people and is able to provide correction and reconstruction of the existing education system. But the government itself was just relying on teachers alone, this suggests that the reform is very difficult to start from below and from above. Educational reform can be done by changing the system prior to the root of a new dahuli iu own education. Education in Indonesia is also used as a fraudulent practice by people who are not responsible. Supposed to be all things relating to education can be done honestly and transparently. Education reform also remains divided in various fields for example, in teaching, curriculum, educational goals, and many others. While the broad outline of education reform is divided into 2 micro and macro reforms. Micro reform starts from the classroom by teachers who teach. The practice of education is not how teachers teach but also how the placement of workers with good education. But it can not be denied also that the quality of education is also highly dependent on kulaitas teachers who teach in class. So the selection of teachers should also be considered for the realization of educational reform.

In the teaching of mathematics teachers need to continually evaluate meenerus about how to teach it to students. All done for the improvement of teaching by teachers. So it is true that the reforms in education dimuai by teachers while teaching in class. But the role of government is also very important because without government there is no party that can support the implementation of education reform in Indonesia.
